Assignments can vary from a few days to several months based on business needs.

Epic Personnel Partners, LLC temporary-to-permanent hiring program allows its customers to be certain of the long-term outlook of your staff selection decisions. This program offers the time to measure a candidate’s skills, organizational fit, and more before making that long-term commitment to the prospective employee for consideration as a member of their permanent staff. Epic assists their clients by reducing the expenses associated with a decrease in qualified talent. The advantage is that a client company can try out the candidate before hiring.
Direct Hire Placement

We work directly with the client to fully comprehend their staffing needs and the specifics of each particular position. The recruiting process then focuses on the specific needs of each candidate. We believe a candidate’s requirements are as important as a client’s. Direct hire positions are permanent, usually full time positions with benefits. A candidate offered a direct hire position is not an employee of Epic, but goes directly on the client company’s payroll.
HR Outsourcing Payrolling

HR Outsourcing-Payrolling is utilized when companies refer company-sourced employees to Epic who process and maintains employee paperwork including the W4. Payrolling is an HR outsourcing solution used to reduce the cost and simplify the process of payroll administration. By allowing Epic to act as the employer of record for regular or contingent employees, you will reduce HR-related overhead costs, eliminate HR administration time spent on paperwork.
